Wouldn’t world be a happy place if the word “expectation” is deleted from the vocabulary of people.
Indeed it would be! I am pretty sure the root cause of our worry, stress ,turmoil, problem lies in dreading what if we fail? Fail from what?
Perhaps fail from meeting the expectations which we have for ourselves, well not exactly they are not our own expectations but instead are sum total of what our parents,spouses,children,teachers,peer have drilled into our psychology over a period of time.
Who knows how many students would have been alive if only they would have not known expectations and shame of failing the “Expectation”
The key to life is living life.
Simple and beautiful life made complicated by useless clauses which serves no purpose at the long run.
Happiness is inversely proportional to Expectation.
When you accept who you are ,you realize your true path ,you are in true light, Everything falls in place.
Universe always helps those who help themselves.
I would like to quote these lines by Late Mr.A.P.J.Abdul.Kalam :-
Look at the sky. We are not alone. The whole universe is friendly to us and conspires only to give the best to those who dream and work.
Yes Indeed, when we work towards our selves not really depending on the outcome ,trusting our ability ,trusting our talent, then we do achieve great things.
Burdening our mind unnecessary in trying to conform to certain people or situations, trying to be what they want you to be or trying to be what you are definitely not will certainly lead us towards our own downfall.
Chronic headache, chronic back aches and other pains are result of our stress and worry due to What ifs!
For a moment Let’s forget others and Lets just breathe!
Breathe in Positivity, Breathe out Expectations. Just be!
